BYD Car Giveaway - Official Rules & Regulations
1. Organizer
This giveaway is organized by BYD Global Company - Mr. Wang Chuanfu. The giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with BYD, Twitter (X), or any third-party platform.
2. Eligibility
The giveaway is open to participants worldwide, regardless of country of residence.
Participants must meet the legal age of majority in their respective countries.
Employees, representatives, or affiliates of the Organizer and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
3. Giveaway Period
The giveaway begins on September 22, 2025 and ends on October 31, 2026 (Giveaway Period).
Entries submitted after the closing date will not be accepted.
4. Entry Method
Participants can enter the giveaway by purchasing a valid ticket from the Organizer's official website.
There are two ticket categories:
Standard Ticket - allows one (1) entry per purchase.
Elite Ticket - allows ten (10) entries and includes coverage for prize taxation and shipping if selected as a winner.
5. Prize Details
The prize is a brand-new BYD car.
All BYD models are available and the specific model will be chosen based on availability and Organizer discretion at the time of award.
Winners holding an Elite Ticket will have all taxation, registration, and shipping costs covered by the Organizer.
Winners holding a Standard Ticket are responsible for all applicable fees, taxes, and shipping costs.
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
6. Winner Selection
Winners will be selected through a combination of judges' evaluation, public voting, and random draw.
Winners will be announced during the third week of every month throughout the Giveaway Period.
The decision of the judges and the Organizer is final and binding.
7. Announcement of Winners
Winners will be publicly announced on the Organizer's official Twitter handle @EWatson73255 and through the official website.
Winners will also receive direct communication via email or the contact information provided during ticket purchase.
If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within 14 days, the Organizer reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
8. Restrictions and Disqualification
Participants must only use official links shared on the Organizer's website and verified Twitter account.
Do not engage with or follow any unofficial or third-party pages claiming association with this giveaway.
The use of abusive, discriminatory, or offensive language will result in immediate disqualification.
Any attempt to manipulate entries or use false information will lead to disqualification.
9. General Terms
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the Organizer's decisions.
The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway if unforeseen circumstances arise, including fraud, technical issues, or force majeure events.
The Organizer assumes no responsibility for incomplete, lost, or delayed entries due to technical or network errors.
10. Privacy Policy
All personal data collected will be used solely for the administration of this giveaway and will not be shared with third parties, except as required by law.
11. Legal Disclaimer
This giveaway is void where prohibited by law.
Participants are responsible for complying with their local laws regarding contest participation.
